Information from Narravero GmbH on the consumer’s right of withdrawal

As per art. 312g (2) (1) of the German Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts that are concluded largely based upon individual selections made by the consumer or which are clearly designed around the personal needs of the consumer. This is the case for all printed materials.

In accordance with this, all goods that individually produced and delivered for a customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal or exchange.

Despite this legal situation, your satisfaction is very important to us. As such, please inform us if you have a complaint (kontakt@z1label.com). If we consider the complaint valid (e.g. production errors), your goods will be reprinted free of charge or at a reduced price. Alternatively we may reimburse the purchase price.

Information on the right of withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract at any time and for any reasons within fourteen days.

This period starts from the day that you or an authorised third party who is not the courier received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Narravero GmbH, Am Mittelhafen 10, 48155 Münster, Germany, tel.: +49 (0)251 747 888 51, email: kontakt@z1label.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract in the form of clear declaration to this effect (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or email). You may use the included template withdrawal form if you wish, but this is not mandatory.

Simply informing us before expiration of the withdrawal period that you are exercising your right of withdrawal is sufficient.

In the event of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract, we must immediately reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from you having selected a different type of delivery from the affordable standard delivery options we provide), and no later than within fourteen days from the date on which we received your declaration of withdrawal. Payments will be reimbursed via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will any fees be levied on this repayment. We may withhold repayment until such time as all goods have been returned to us, depending on which point in time is earlier.

In all cases, the delivered goods are to be returned to us immediately and no later than within fourteen days of informing us of your withdrawal. This deadline is considered to be met if the goods are dispatched within the fourteen day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss of value of the goods only if, upon inspection, the condition, properties and functionality of the goods indicate improper use on your part.
